Pratico EFE 05 is a self-service bread slicer intended for supermarkets where customers slice bread themselves.

Working principle: Put bread in chamber and close the cover; slicing starts automatically; machine stops, cover opens; cover closes automatically when bread is removed. Care note: Don’t slice hot bread. Daily cleaning only.
